MI Survivors is an independent information site for survivors of childhood sexual abuse in Michigan. It is not run by a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and it does not collect visitors' details.

Where the facts come from

Every fact on this site comes from a published source, listed at the bottom of the page it appears on. Laws and bills come from the Michigan Legislature. Names of accused clergy come only from official lists published by Catholic dioceses and from the Michigan Attorney General's reports, and each page links to those lists.

Corrections

If something on this site is wrong or out of date, including anything about a named person, email corrections@misurvivors.com with the page address and the source that shows the correct information. Corrections are checked against the official source and made as soon as they are confirmed.
